  Dr. Plowden is nice, his secretaries at his office are PURE idiots! If I could talk to a wall I'd have more done. "Martha" is about as useless as the garbage you scrape off the bottom of your shoe. Just useless! You ask her a question and get, "I don't do that..." (wait 7 minutes and then she says) "okay, uhm, this is what we need to do.. you'll have to call back." WHAT?! Brainless! How many people need a job?! Well, go apply! Maybe when they see someone with the ability to hold a thought, they'll fire her and hire you! PATHETIC STAFF!
