::Dr. Warshay is an amazing Optometrist. I have been going to him since I am a child and needed my first pair of glasses in the 2nd grade. My vision is very poor, but is corrected by contacts/glasses and I would not trust my eyes with anyone else except him. He has always guided me in the right direction when it comes to choosing specialists. My entire family trusts him and we plan our visits together, which is always a fun event! I hope Dr. Warshay never retires!

::I have been going to Doctors Jeffrey Warshay Office for 3 years and sadly my last experience there with the personal was horrible. I had order my contacts lenses once before with Doctor Warshay and they ordered me the right size lenses and I was satisfy, but I came back next year (2013) and I decided to order from them from Doctor's Warshay again but, this time when I found out they order me the wrong size contact lenses which I can not wear them at all because, they are bigger and when I blink they bother me or they come out of my eyes. I called the office and spoke to the office Manager and I explained to her my concern. She told me they couldn't do anything about it because, I opened the box of the wrong size lenses they ordered me. I fallowed by asking her who I can talk to about this matter other then her, because, she was not helping me at all and I need new contacts and it's Christmas season I don't have the money to buy more at the moment. She expressed to me by saying "that's not her problem" I then, said to her so, can you tell me who fault is it and she said "Nobody" when I know if I had order them myself I should had placed the right size order and if I see that they don't carry my size I would had not placed the order. Then, I kept asking her to let me talk to the Dr. Warshay myself and she said "we already talk to him about this matter there's NOTHING he can do for you". All I wanted was an explanation why I got the wrong size lenses which I payed already and they couldn't fix their own mistake. I am not the kind of person who complains at all but, in this case I felt ignored and disrespected when I expressed my concern. Now, when I told the office manager that I was going to write a review and a letter her response to me was the words "OKAY" as simple as that and then she hanged up the phone. Doctor Jeffrey Warshay and his office manager didn't have any concern about my situation. Now, what I suppose to do? I have no money to buy new contact lenses and most important I didn't get the costumer service that I was expecting from Doctor Warshay's office. I'ts really sad to come along with people like these who, only take your money but, they have no concern about your well being. I learned about this experienced and this feeling of hopelessness that I should remember this feeling very clear so, I don't do it to anyone of my costumers. I'ts sad to get screwed over like this from somebody you expect a lot of more from his part.
