::Unprofessional Doctor and staff . I took my kids there , the reception was mediocre to say the least. they were seen in a dirty looking office. than he said he needed labs and said to go to quest diagnosis but never submitted orders. I waited 3 weeks and call the office at 1:20pm, the answering service picked up to tell me the staff are still at lunch while their lunch time is 1200 to 1300pm . I called again at 13:50. no luck. I finally got them after 2pm. they tell me doctor Lara will submit the order today and the office will call me tomorrow. I did not receive a phone call and from past experience I know to call, just in case people forgot. I had the same experience with their lunch time that extend to whenever they feel like it. I finally get the receptionist who tell me that it will be done today and I will be called tomorrow again....what a joke! I told her the were being Unprofessional in all levels and I will never return there again. minutes later Dr Lara calls to yell at me , wow!! If you want decent, proffetional service in a clean environment, forget this practice.
