  Love her! Everything with her was simple and easy, made me feel completely comfortable with the process during pregnancy and giving birth. Her staff are sweet and on top of everything. I would love to come back for my second baby! But too bad I’m moving to Florida. Who knows (:

  I will not be going back to to this office. The wait times to be seen are outrageous and they schedule people on top of each other. Expect to be waiting there for at least an hour after what your appointment was actually made for. The receptionists are extremely rude and do not want to help you in anyway, they claimed to have sent me a voicemail about a problem I was having but in reality no one ever called me and I confirmed my phone number with them twice. Upon expressing my feelings about the matter the receptionist nastily said "what do you want me to do about it." I had an IUD put in by dr.vitale and when I called back a couple days later letting her know that I was uncomfortable and just wanted the damn thing removed her reply was "you should give it some time, that IUD costs hundreds of dollars I don't understand why you would want it taken out so soon." I felt like dr.vitale was denying me to be seen by her and said that if I needed to get it taken out I had to make an appointment. (I also did not think it was appropriate of her to stick her nose in my financial business.) Her schedule was booked of course and then the day I had the appointment they cancelled it on me as I was on my way to the office because one of her patients went into labor. I was not offered a next day appointment because her schedule was booked which was completely wrong. I told the girls up front that I needed the IUD taken out ASAP because I was VERY uncomfortable and painful. They could not give me anything until almost a week later. My needs were completely neglected and I felt she just did not want to take the iud out. I ended up going to my old doctor and she took it out no problem literally the next day. Dr.Vitale did not follow up with me and it's been two months.

  I love Dr. Vitale' s office. She's very nice and straight forward. I'm always in and out of appointments fast. Staff is also great. Dr.Vitale delivered my son. She's amazing.

  Dr. Vitale is a great doctor, at first she was okay then grew on me. She did an amazing job delivering my child. Sometimes there is a wait at her office though, she’s a busy lady. Front desk staff has always been nice & accommodating to me. They always call you a day before your appointment.
