  Atmosphere and staff are all kid welcoming and doctors have been very friendly and professional. Dr. Z was great treating my child and also made a follow up call which I did not expect. They don't overbook so waiting has always been under 15 min. and some days there is no wait. I recommend this place 100%.

  Great experience! Great office! Pleasant staff. Dr. Cohen is great with kids. The office environment is just amazing for kids my 5 year old son is afraid of everything especially doctor's. He was absolutely calm and wanted to come back.

  Very nice staff! Dr. Lissauer was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly! He has a very good rapport with children. Super impressed!!

  The dental hygienist took real time to clean my son's teeth. Very patient and friendly. The Dentist, however, ordered laughing gas for my son (which is not covered by my insurance) for his sealants procedure but forgot to put it on him until, i would say, more than half way of the application of his sealants already. Not so happy about that. Will make sure to see Dr. Dan or Dr. Paul next time! Also, I was almost charged another deductible for the year... Good that I had remembered paying it and asked them about it. Have to make sure to double check their billings always!

  Normally I would give their practice a 5 star review but after my last visit I was left with a bad taste in my mouth. My daughter went for her regular appointment when they discovered cavities. I scheduled the appointment to come back for the fillings and was given a quote by the front desk of what my out of pocket expenses would be. I was told that if it were to be more I would be alerted by the staff. The day of the appointment I brought my daughter in and she was seen right on time. When we came out the bill I was given was DOUBLE what I was originally told. This to me is a terrible business practice and a lack of customer care and consideration. I know that the office attendant knew what I was quoted as the quote was on my daughter's file. The woman really didn't try to appease me or seem like she cared. It's really upsetting as we have always had a good experience there and I will now consider changing dentists and not referring due to this poor business practice.
