The worst office I ever been to, So previously I have called this office to ask if they take my insurance and I was told they do, so I made appointments for my girls , Took my kids early from school went to the office didn't have a credit card with me and they refuse to see me even though they take my insurance and I had also paid for my co-pay, Very Inconsiderate!! I had asked for a manager She was sitting on a chair never even got up to apologize for the inconvenience, If I could rate it a 0 i would !

Dr. Rokhsar is an accomplished and talented dermatologist. He thoroughly checked my skin and mapped out any suspicious spots that may be noted for future reference. As he addressed my concerns, he listened patiently and took the time to answer my questions and explain all procedures. Dr. Rokhsar makes you look naturally beautiful, and my skin has never looked better! The office staff has always been able to accommodate appointments, even if they were last minute. I have seen him many times, and would recommend him to anyone for aesthetics, acne, general dermatology, MOH’s surgery and more.

I would never go here again. I feel taken advantage of. I was required to give them my credit card information before seeing Dr. Rokhsar and I foolishly did, thinking they would act ethically. Then they overbilled my insurance by incorrectly charging for the amount of time the Dr. spent with me- resulting in a bill which was nearly 4x what it should have cost. Then they charged my credit card for anything my insurance wouldn't cover. The extent of the service was my asking him if he could remove a mole- that's it. He sharply said, "No, there is nothing I can do for you." So I left his office. I was there for less than 7 minutes, but they charged me for 45 and used a level 4 insurance code that is reserved for critical time-intensive care. Rohksar did absolutely nothing- other than to quickly squeeze my mole. After speaking with both the Dr. and their billing department they refused to correct their mistake and refused to explain why the incorrect billing code was used. Shockingly greedy! I had to file a claim with the National Anti-Healthcare Fraud Association, Office of Professional Conduct, and my insurance company. In my experience, they seem to only be out for one thing- money. Edit: He just sent me accusatory personal messages on my facebook. He also threatened me with legal action when I told him I would be leaving reviews on my social media accounts.

After my first consultation in his Manhattan clinic, I went to his Garden City clinic for my procedure. His staff were immediately helpful and everything was done on-time. Straightforward and knowledgeable with questions. Did a thorough job with great attention to detail while also being mindful to the sensitive area around my eye. Staff were very accommodating post-procedure as well. Would definitely go back in the future.

Wow!! Don't forget your credit card. Apparently insurance and a copay won't cut it here. After leaving work early and picking up my daughter early from school, we went for a recheck for dry skin on her hand. The receptionist quickly asked for the copay and a credit card to put on file. Since I don't use credit cards, She explained that a deposit of $250 would due. I can understand someone without insurance or doing a cosmetic procedure. Well I don't have $250 today or a credit card , I explained.... THEN HIT THE ROAD! I was told. No apologies for my inconvience. YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD HAVE TOLD ME ON MY FIRST VISIT OR BEFORE I MADE THE SECOND APOINTMENT. RUDE.
