  Dr. was great. Receptionist/nurse was not upfront about lack of insurance coverage though, even though she looked closely at my card that I handed to her and gave it back to me after a few minutes. Card clearly says it's the provider's responsibility to inform me of our coverage. My husband and I paid over $400 for our annual regular check up without xrays, and I've since found out the visit will not be covered. Frustrating. Of course I'll be checking beforehand with the next dentist; I will not be returning to this dentist for this lack of candidness.

  A great dentist who loves history. He recently did research on George Washington's teeth so he has experience with chompers from many age groups.
