::Initially, I gave a wonderful review to this dentist but after speaking to my dental insurance company, I feel ripped off. I was charged for "dental photos" after the fact, photos that I had in the past with other dentists and not charged for. The dentist was trying to get me to pay for "micro testing" not covered by insurance. The dentist also attempted to get me to forego my regular cleaning which is covered by insurance and opt for the more extensive cleaning, again not covered by insurance. It felt like a classic example of up-selling, very disappointing and very unethical. I just wanted a regular exam and a regular cleaning, in any case now I have to be inconvenienced, find another dentist and go thru the whole process all over again, not good, all in all a very disappointing experience.

::Dr. Behzad has provided me with the BEST dental treatment and care that I’ve ever experienced! Not only was she gentle, she was patient in explaining treatment plans as well as professional and pleasant. I would HIGHLY recommend her for the above reasons. ::Dr. Shirazi scheduled me in for an emergency. Yet he spent a lot of time and explained things very well. He and his staff are all very nice. Also nice building with ample parking. I would certainly recommend this office based on my one experience. However, his wife is my usual dentist (32 Dentistry) :) I will certainly call on Dr Shirazi should she be out of town.

::I’m a new patient at this location, but so far I’m happy with my care. The provider I saw was honest, direct, thorough, and kind. She offered many options and solutions - some of which I wasn’t able to take advantage of due to lack of insurance coverage. They were understanding and accommodating and helped coordinate the care plan I needed. I look forward to coming back again soon. I have a Humana PPO and they covered 80% for the services I needed most.
