  This place is such a place that is beyond the description of the word of unprofessional and the ethics shown by all of the members of the staff are extremely rude for the following reasons. Today we went to amend a tax return that was filed incorrectly by these people yet they claim that they have done nothing wrong, of course they can never be wrong is the attitude that they showed us today! As customers we seek the professional help from David the owner of such a business. David, the owner, demonstrated such an unprofessional treatment to us by yelling at our faces in front of other customers, calling us lairs just because they would not accept that they were wrong! I am sure that as customers we deserve to know what is being done word by word with our information and explained step by step as we are paying for this service! yet this was the motive for him to start yelling and embarrassing us. It is extremely sad that this is the competition that some excellent accountants have, very disgraceful! Another thing that was very rude and invasive was that as a method to ridicule us even more, he started to share our motive of the visit and our private information with the other customers in the office. I am sure that we are entitled to keep our private information confidential and not to be shared by David, the supposedly accountant and owner, to everyone. The purpose of this review is to prevent any further headaches and unnecessary problems to any other person! I extremely do not recommend this place as it is very unprofessional and David is a person that bases his position as owner above you and will not care to embarrass you in front of other people. He is extremely rude and should not reflect the appearance and behavior that a professional accountant should have towards their customers. I am now worried that our file might even be exposed to the public since these people do not care to keep your information private. I have never felt so restricted to exercise my freedom of speech like today, it is very sad that we so called professional people like david!

  No les recomiendo hacer los taxes en este lugar. Al principio pensaba que eran buenos asi como piensa mucha gente que ha dejado sus comentarios aquí pero la verdad no es así. Me estafaron de frente y terminé pagando 240 dólares por la hechura de mis taxes. Pague $120 en efectivo y aparte de eso cuando revise todos mis documentos me di cuenta que me habían sacado otros $120 dólares que quien sabe a qué cuenta fueron a dar. Obvio a la de ellos. Fui a hacer el reclamo y su justificación fue que esos $120 fueron por la hechura de los taxes y me dieron un invoice chimbo. Por eso es que ellos no dan un recibo cuando uno les paga cash para que no haya constancia de que ya les pagaron y así poder estafar. Si piensan a ir a este lugar pidan recibo si pagan en efectivo y revisen muy bien sus taxes antes de firmar.

  I filed my taxes with they back in Feb. I was told the normal time to receive my taxes was 3 weeks. Well its been 5 weeks with no sign of anything. I contacted D & R for answers and the woman I spoke to on the phone had a foul attitude. My husband and I have both called and have been treated very poorly by the staff. I have contacted the IRS and they informed me that based on my return and a form which D & R filed for me the processing time for this form is 11 weeks not 3. The woman at the IRS informed me that the company should have known this. I called D & R back and spoke to the same nasty girl, she proceeded to tell me to deal with it the IRS is held up for many not just me but would not answer why I was given the wrong info. I proceeded to be transferred to the manager who told me unless she called me outside my name she didn't see a problem. I then asked to speak with David because I was upset that I paid for a service and was being treated poorly and being spoken to with an attitude, his responses showed he pretty much had no care or concern for me as a customer. I am not saying the IRS is not held up but as a customer I expect respect and for help when I call. I am upset, with the service I received and would no longer recommend D & R to any one. Customer service is a huge deal to me and D & R's phone reps, were nothing but nasty and attitude ridden, and for a boss to not even be respectful of his clients you cant expect the workers to be any different.

  Outstanding Service and friendly staff. My taxes always accurate and on point. Have referred everyone who asked me and have not been disappointed!
