  I just love these guys! They have never failed me. They have come to my home when my battery was dead. They are worth every single cent. I will never go anywhere else. A big thank you to SAM and all you guys who work on my car. Judith

  Getting car repairs always seems like a rip off, but it's necessary maintainence. This is my second time at this establishment. The first time I came I had to get a light light bulb replaced. I thought the labor cost were a bit high, but the convenience factor counter balanced that concern. Today, I had to get my window switch handle replaced and the labor price was more reasonable given the price of the product. So, in the end I guess it all balances out. I would definitely go back. The employees are very polite and courteous and the service is of great quality. Things to know: 1. They are really good at giving quotes before they start work so just ask and the will oblige. 2. The best feature is that if you live or work in the downtown area they will give you a ride to and from work/home while your car is being worked on. This benefit was especially helpful seeing that it is the middle of winter and I have no intentions of walking anywhere!

  I own two high end cars: a Lexus LS460/ Infiniti QX56: After they came out of the Free Service at Lexus and Infiniti, Downtown Car Care service both. I have had both maintenance and repairs done, ranging from the 30,000 mile routine servicing to replacing the Shocks, Brake System and other major repairs. I have always found Abdel to be friendly, willing to explain the details of the repair and efficient. To be more precise, my bill was 1/2 to 1/3 of what I would be charged by Lexus/Infiniti. I can report that on two occasions, I had him redo work and he did so without complaint or further charges. I have been taking my vehicles to Downtown Car Care for over 6 years and have no reason to change service provider.
