  I walked in looking for help with my belt which was too big, and I needed additional holes punched into the belt itself. The owner of this shop was nice enough to help me out in the middle of his lunch. Great shop if you need anything done with leather, shoe cleaning, repairs, etc. Highly recommended

  Didn't do what he said he was going to do - like gluing instead of stitching and patching - never called to see if that was OK or not. On top of that he didn't apply any shoe polish to my boots, but instead sprayed it with a luster finish water coat protection which looks ridiculous especially since they were never polished - and it wasn't cheap.

  Excellent!! Left my favorite shoes for the first time here and I am so happy. Jason does a meticulous job and made the shoes look almost new. So good to know we still have this kind of premium service. They also do clothes repair and I will try next.

  Excellent customer service and repair work. I took Jason in my absolute favorite pair of cowboy boots a few weeks ago - they were almost left for dead, they were in such a state of disrepair from hard-core use at the horse ranch. A few days later I picked up the same pair of boots: Jason had repaired them to such a high standard that they looked brand new! In fact, yesterday at the horse ranch someone said to me "You'd better break those boots in, they're looking too new"!!. Highly recommend this wonderful business and highly skilled, honest owner!

  Hello Everyone! I am writing this review to share my experience at shoebiz-shoe repair shop in downtown San Diego. It is pretty simple-the service is exactly what you looking for when leave your precious footwear & accessories there: professional, neat, High quality and what most important is the fact that they take responsibility for the job they are doing. I brought a pair of high fashion: Tabitha Simmons for adding rubber sole. The trick is that the shoes have a leather lace style cut outs and during the process the leather broke. Although shoe biz could find million excuses, they did not! I received a call, stating that they will be replacing my (500.00) shoes at their expense due to the un repairable damage. They purchased a new pair, applied new rubber sole. I stopped by and picked my shoes up in a week. No hassle, just great service and dedicated individual approach to every customer. It took me quite a long time to find a place where my shoes & handbags will receive the best treatment and I am very happy that I found shoe biz I highly recommend this shop!😉
