  They are amazing, curteous, well mannered, and very helpful. I wanted a bed that had to be ordered and the gentleman who handled it kept me informed every step of the way and answered my numerous questions with no problems. Definitely buying from them again!!!

  This Review has been updated after getting a prompt response from the management - ***** I am told that the Management has spoken to the delivery person after reading about the problems I faced. Have to give them credit for taking cognizance of customer complaints and attempting to rectify problems promptly. Other than the nightmare of the actual delivery, the pre-sales and post-sales service here is good.***** Liked the products. Delivery service was the worst I have ever experienced. The delivery guy had two items to deliver. He was in the apartment for less than 7 minutes.He said he needed to move my couch but he would put it back. He had to put ONE chair. Anyone could've done that without moving the couch. He says he's done so I give him a $20 tip for 7 minutes of work and I turn around to see that the couch has not been placed back, the chair still has the plastic cover on it, the mini bar is not aligned the way I had asked him to. When I ask him to adjust it, he doesn't. He was rude and did not place the couch back. Left without properly unpacking the chair. I have a bad back so I can't do it. I had to call my super to fix the stuff that the delivery guy messed up and then tip my super again. I don't care how good your product is, that is no excuse to be outright rude to the customer!!!!!!

  Buying a sofa from Downtown Furniture was such a nice experience! Everyone was so accommodating. They promptly delivered, and installed my sofa and showed me how it can be cared for. I enjoyed that fact they they are approachable and local as well as so affordable.

  Today I received my lovely bunk bed from Downtown Furniture amazing , love the selection offered they are very professional great customer service. Their team is kind , patience and best of all the clean up after themselves hooray. Thank you guys your the best company to work with I had many bad experiences in the past with companies you where by far the best. 😀
