::All around great staff at Downtown Ford. My car needed maintenance done and a few other thing checked out David took care of everything on a timely manner and I was also provided and rental car. So many great things to say about that location. The salesmen were also outstanding when I made my purchase not pushy and very helpful. Thank you guys so much truly appreciated!!

::My experience with the service department did not go well. Both times I brought my truck in for service the work seemed ok, but they forgot to wash the vehicle. And the second time there was a large stain on the arm rest. They did clean it after I pointed it out, but i did not get the quality service I would expect from a dealership. I just purchased my first Ford and chose the closest dealer to home to start a relationship with. Happy with the truck, but I will take my business to a different dealer moving forward and recommend others do the same.

::Our ‘certified’ Ford Fusion hybrid has been in the repairshop since we purchased it months ago. We didn’t even have this many issues with our 2002 Honda during its lifetime! My husband was looking for a reliable car for his new job and we have since had nothing but issues and spend more money on a rentals while awaiting repairs. I wish we were able to take the car back and start over. I am incredibly disappointed. The three stars are for the customer service because please at least had a good experience there.

::I brought my car in to this location due to a problem from Ford Redwood City! Gary and his manager (sorry forgot name) where helpful in figuring out the issue and advised me on what to do. I will be back because the problem isn't resolved and no longer trust Ford Redwood City! Thanks Sacramento Ford! Update - went back to and had the issues fixed by Downtown Ford. Gary was wonderful to work with. He was understanding, attentive and responsive. I will definitely use this location to service my car in the future. Thanks Downtown Ford!!!
