  I visited downtown eye on Monday for the first time and could not have been more pleased. The customer service here is exceptional. Everyone I talked with genuinely cared about helping me and they went out of their way to make sure I got exactly what I needed. After purchasing some glasses they overheard me talking to my wife about her picking them up when they were ready. So, they preemptively asked me to sit down with them so they could make sure the fitting would be perfect, since I wouldn't be back. It's the little things like this that really make this place stand out. After just one visit, I know I'll be a customer of theirs for life.

  AWESOME! Dr. Zastrow is seriously the greatest. She is super knowledgeable and crazy smart, and she takes the time during everything she does to explain what she’s doing and why. I have a special situation and she spent more than my allotted time going through all the things I should know and making sure I felt comfortable with my treatment options and what to look out for. It’s clear that she truly cares about her patients. I SO highly recommend her, and after my glowing recommendation, my husband now sees her, too!

  Dr. Zastrow and the staff are incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I have always had a condition with my eyes that I see a specialist for, but she was able to give me facts and information about it that I had never been told before, in my 20+ years of dealing with it. Downtown Eyes works with my VSP insurance and they are very upfront about exactly what and how much my insurance would cover and their pricing. I ordered my contacts and they were in the next day! I came back almost 9 months later to buy new glasses and again received top notch service! They just asked a general question about my style and picked 5 frames off the bat that I absolutely loved. I didn’t even bother to look at any others, my decision was made in about 5 minutes. They were very knowledgeable about upcoming frame trends and their selection is all very current. A week later my glasses were ready for pickup and I absolutely love them. This is also fantastic location if you work or live in downtown. I will definitely be returning for future needs!

  New insurance provider prompted me to switch eye doctors -- Downtown Eyes was great!! They were helpful setting up an appointment and I enjoyed my first visit. Would recommend to others in search of eye care!!

  Unbelievable skills and communication from all employees at this eye clinic. The doctor is friendly, caring, and intelligent. The staff does not just make you feel like a number- they genuinely care about Good eye health. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! Best eye clinic I have ever been to. Thank you downtown eyes!
