  Clean, punctual and very friendly. I had my cleaning and check up this week and it was a very smooth and enjoyable experience. My hygienist was thorough but gentle and Dr. Pagel was super nice and explained things well. I would highly recommend this office.

  I had a great experience at Downtown Dentist with Kristyn and Dr. Pagel. They took me in on time, the cleaning was excellent, and Dr. Pagel was very professional when addressing my concerns. I am certainly going back to them for invisalign, whitening, and future cleanings. I highly recommend this team to everyone.

  Truly professional and amazing! I broke a tooth and had to leave for an oversea trip on the next day. It was such a horrible situation having to search for a place who could somehow fix my tooth, and fix it right. I called Downtown Dentist and was able to be have my appointment booked on the same day. THAT.WAS.A.MIRACLE, YAY!!! Dr. Pagel was such a sweet doctor, and very knowledgeable. He was with me the whole appointment, ensuring that everything was going to be okay. The appointment was painless, and I was finally able to have my tooth restored with a crown in a little bit less than 2 hours, which I think is a very short amount of time. Well, I literally hugged everybody in the office on my way out!

  Great office, friendly staff, knowledgeable service! Although I hate getting my teeth cleaned, Kristin made the process quick and painless. Dr. Pagel was thorough in answering all my questions. I was even able to start Invisalign in the same appointment!
