  I've been seeing Dr. Tony Lu here for about a year now. The office staff is friendly and welcoming. I live downtown so the location is perfect for me. I had a tooth I needed removed and they were able to get me in really fast. They were responsive when I asked "is _____ normal after an extraction?" questions. I'd highly recommend them for anyone living or working downtown.

  I actually can't believe I'm reviewing a dentist because I suffer from extreme dentist-phobia and have had so many bad experiences that every dental visit has filled me with panic. Until I met Dr. Lu. My experiences with Dr. Lu, which have included replacing a faulty crown put on by another perhaps less competent dentist, repairing a cracked tooth, and a general cleaning, have all been excellent. Dr. Lu's warm personality and unintimidating approach coupled with his expertise and ability to deliver relatively painless procedures have completely changed my feelings about going to the dentist. The office staff is also terrific. If you are looking for an outstanding dentist downtown you can do no better that Dr. Lu and downtown Dental Services.

  I am very satisfied with this dentist office since 2013. I love Dr. Kirby, and wish him Happy Retirement! The new dentist Dr. Lu and the stuff were friendly and pleasant too! I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for dental service to come to this office!!

  The staff is so friendly. When you are in the office it feels as if you are the only patient they have. They take their time, yet it is always the fastest dentist experience I have ever had. A hidden gem of an office and staff.

  The staff at Downtown Dental is friendly from the moment you walk in the door, and Dr. Lu is very professional. I love how thorough he is, and how he explains everything he is going to do beforehand to put you at ease. I would recommend Downtown Dental to anyone.
