  The staff are pretty helpful and knowledgeable in helping you pick out the perfect cigar for you. I ordered a high kick mule, which it didn't have much taste to it, couldn't really taste the ginger beer in it. They were more than happy to fix it and make it taste better, which it tasted a little better but not by much. It was explained that it was the vodka that they use. I can't say how the rest of their drink menu is, but this is the place if you're looking for a good cigar lounge while you're downtown.

  Wonderful people. Great conversation and laughs. Stop in, buy a cigar and smoke it outside with the regulars. You will not be disappointed.

  As a first time visitor, the customer experience was great. The ladies behind the bar were welcoming and helpful in selecting a sweet cigar which turned out to be aromatically a great smoke. Members were friendly, conversational, and respectful. I really had a great Saturday night downtown Jacksonville. I will be back Big Brother Troy. 💜

  Small lounge with great atmosphere. The employees know their cigar knownledge and the Saturday night DJ is amazing. Everyone is very friendly and it is a great adult atmosphere when you want to get out the house and relax.

  Chill vibe and nice atmosphere. I would definitely go here again. My first time was at about 5 on a Friday and it wasn't too busy yet. We received great service. They have a decent selection of cigars, not extensive, with enough variety to fit anyone's tastes if not their favorite stick.
