  Good place to get fresh 93 octane. It is a horrid mess during rush hour though.

  I used to go here 2-3 times a week, spending around hundred bucks or so on stuff for the office. NOT ANY MORE! The cashier in the evening (an older guy who has been there for about a year or so) is INCREDIBLY RUDE! I've seen him snap at other customers, make rude comments, and generally be impatient with customers. This time he blew up at me when I was buying a bottle of soda. Never going here again! Very sad as the rest of their staff is generally great!

  I did my oil changes and a tire patch here. They are friendly, efficient, and don't try to sell you on unneeded services. Their pricing is fair. They often provide discounts for oil changes and other services. I had to leave my car for oil changes, which was fine for me since I worked nearby.

  Not only a gas station. A friend recommended Downtown BP to me. Wow, what a great tip. I had been quoted $$$$ for my 60,000 mile maintenance. Dennis gave me an estimate that blew my mind. He did the job (and more) for a third of what I had been quoted elsewhere. The work was perfect and quick. No surprises, no 'extra' fees. I was told up front what work was to get done and how much it would cost. Imagine my surprise when I came to pick up my car and the bill was even less than the estimate. Can't go wrong. These guys are honest and trustworthy. You can't go wrong. Try them out. I came from Monticello for them because they were worth it.
