  The room was a little run down but clean. One of the bedside lights didn't work and a fastening in the bathroom was loose. No one answered room service at all and it took several calls to get anyone to pick up at the front desk! We finally got a plate of food delivered after going down to the restaurant and ordering it. One entree, one salad and a bottle of wine for $90.00. We won't be staying here again.

  Older place, but still great. Nice sports bar. Gift shop sells cigars, so don't worry if you forgot yours. Decent selection and prices. Enjoyed a cigar from my balcony. What you expect in Tampa!

  The hotel was overall fine. The gym was big but it didn't have much equipment. Other than that, the pool is in a central courtyard so it only gets sun during a few hours of the day. Otherwise it's a good hotel!

  I stayed for 3 nights for work. First night I arrived and after taking a shower realized there were no large towels in the bathroom. Toilet wasn’t flushing. Next day I got back from work hoping I got the towels and replenished toiletries...nope, room wasn’t cleaned, no towels or shampoo/lotion...I called around 11 pm to let them know, didn’t have energy to be dealing with room service. Next day I left to work and got a call that I was moved to another room...they didn’t explain why. I only had a digital key on my phone. When I got to the hotel, I had to request a hard key to get in my old room to pick up my things. The new room was facing the entry door to the pool area...loud noise of AC and people kept opening/closing the door and making noise. Nobody gave me coupons for drinks or appetizers till I asked...I’m a diamond member. I went down to the restaurant and the food was terrible. Anyway, hope I don’t have to stay in that hotel again.

  I was sent here on a business trip and would have preferred to sleep in my car. I had to change rooms multiple times. Mold in every room, sewage back up in the tub, broken closets and mirrors. This hotel was undergoing some renovations on the floor they put me on so only one elevator was accessible. The people at the desk were rude to me and my husband. After the 3 room change they sent up a nice tray of fruit and some cheese, which was thoughtful. I would not go here on purpose again though.
