  Das Zimmer war eher klein. Doch sie haben es sehr gut Eingerichtet. Der Kühlschrank war sehr ruhig und man hatte sehr viel Ablagefläche. Auch das Badezimmer ist klein. Doch es hat eine schöne Dusche und ebenfalls viel Ablagefläche. Somit hat man auf dem kleinen Raum trotzdem gut Platz. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Lage des Hotels ist super. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung.

  I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Beautiful entrance with a friendly staff that was speedy and assisted any way possible. The breakfast was great. Definitely coming back!

  Although very comfortable there were a few things that made me deduct a star. There was a tiny bit of mold in the shower in the corner. The ice machines had towels thrown under them due to a leak. I believe they were the same towels used in the rooms. Kind of leaves a bad impression. Overall, the hotel is nice. Good location for easy access to convention center, malls, casino, and French quarter. I would stay again. For the price this is a very nice hotel.

  After careful deliberation we had booked this hotel. After a good experience at another Hilton hotel, we decided to become HHonors member to avail points on our stay. This stay was off the same standards as the one we stayed at Chicago. The staff were super nice. Being a Honors member, we were given cookies as a welcome snack. The cookies were good ! We would leave the room in a mess in the morning and by the time we came back, it would look like how it was the first time we came in. This hotel is aptly situated in a way you can get to French Quarter with ease on foot. Will stay here again and super staff !

  Perfectly located close to the French Quarter, easily walked there daily, and just an overall great property. The staff was so friendly I'd go back just for that... I'm not kidding, they were exceptionally helpful and accommodating, especially with my toddler and infant on their first trip. I wish I could compliment 3 individuals by name, but I lost the card they wrote it on (I remember one girl had a distinctly unique spelling-she was awesome!); that said, they know who they are, and their friendliness, caring, knowledge and attentiveness made me feel like friends/family. I was concerned about "noise" that other viewers mentioned, but we didn't experience any of the street noise and while there was "elevator noise", it was minimal (we only 1 room away) and such a non-factor that neither my light-sleeping toddler nor infant were woken. All-in-all, if/when we return to New Orleans, I will be starting at this Double Tree again.
