  Can definitely tell that this hotel is a little dated, but overall we had a good experience. Hotel is located within an easy drive to downtown Minneapolis and many major attractions, staff was very friendly and helpful and the cookies are delicious. We are also Hilton Honors members and were placed in a room on a special Hilton Honors floor (floor 13) that had great views of the city. Only negatives were dated bathroom fixtures, fairly small rooms (we stayed in a King room), and overall dated hotel interior - though they have made some improvements to the lobby.

  We had a conference with around 130 attendees present. The venue was right sized and offered a good lunch spread with plenty of room. Staff was very helpful and added extra features in the fly quickly at our request (e.g. a microphone for the lunch room)

  Nice location. Rooms are clean and quiet. In location restaurant with reasonable prices. Execellent customer service. They went over and above to make me comfortable after a very trying travel schedule. Highly recommended.

  The staff, the facility, the food, everything was perfect! My wife and I are so appreciative of the hard work, detail, and effort put in to make our wedding reception flawlessly perfect. Our guests raved about the food, superb job! Everyone enjoyed their stay, and that is in no small part the excellent staff that the Double Tree has employed. Thank you!

  From the moment we walked in to check in the staff were extremely polite (and the hot fresh baked cookies were nice too). We got a call asking if we were settled in and needed anything as well. Staff were great, and even brought us plates and napkins from the restaurant when the delivery we ordered forgot them. The restaurant food was great and the staff there also impeccable. Our room wasn't large, but still good sized and very comfortable and nicely furnished. We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking here on our next trip to MN. As an added bonus this hotel is one of the very few in the area that has in room jacuzzi tubs.
