  The best part about this hotel is the staff. They're by far some of the best I've encountered. The rooms are nice, but a lot of the outlets are finicky. They also don't have a fridge or microwave in the rooms, so you're forced to eat out.

  Great service! Make sure you are a Hilton Honors members before checking in, it is a free rewards program. You get warmed cookies and bottles of water upon arrival. Clean rooms and great service. Gift shop and nice restaurant right in lobby. Great location, was able to uber across the city with ease (aquarium, restaurants, movies, etc.)

  One of the worst Hotel experiences ever! I was in Houston for a funeral. I booked the room through my employer discount. I I arrived at the valet parking and was told it would be $34. I said I would park my car myself, and was advised that there is no self-parking. I go to check in and asked to have the stay added to my Hilton Honors. The unconcerned, non-caring employee said no, you used a 3rd party. I said that the $34 parking fee should be included on your website, he said it is listed. No apology, no empathy, just pay. The room was paid in full online when I booked it, however, they wanted another $50, for incidentals. The next morning, I go down to breakfast, and met with another non-caring employee, who stopped me as I was about to enter the restaurant. He Inquired if breakfast was included with my stay. I said it should. He said let me check. Got on the phone, and waited about 5 minutes, with no answer. He then walked over to the front desk, and came back and said breakfast was not included. Again no apology, no empathy. I decided to just check out. The young lady at the front desk asked me my room number, charged me for the valet, and handed me a receipt. She didn't ask how was my stay, because obviously, no one there cares. I offered the information to her. I expressed my dissatisfaction with my stay, and advised that I am done with Hilton Hotels. She said okay. The few dollars that I spend will not make or break Hilton, but you can best believe I will not spend another penny with you!

  I enjoyed my stay here. Room was cleaned daily to expectations. Fitness center has basic equipment, but worked well. Convenience store is downstairs. Front desk people are helpful. Lobby bar has typical hotel prices.

  I have stayed in a 2 to 3 rated hotel that was better than here. Charged $34.00 a nite to park, you have no other options, got to room, no fridge or microwave, but, hey, they give you to 2 hot bottles of water and a cookie when you check in. Granted they did supply a fridge and microwave when I complained. Lighting was horrible for women trying to put on makeup. BIGGEST COMPLAINT, NO exhaust fan in the bathroom. Daughter was very ill when we got there and every time she went in bathroom, smell permeated the whole room for at least 30 minutes. She was in there a lot if you get my meaning. Will never stay here again an will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Way, way overpriced, even for the convenience of being downtown.
