  The hotel is located close to the highway for easy access, and near a shopping mall though it isn't too big. The staff are very friendly and polite. We did receive a complimentary room upgrade due to having Diamond Elite status with Hilton, but the room was certainly not cleaned to our expectations. The sheets were stained, the toilet was...not clean..., the bathroom overall could have been cleaner too. This hotel also has free parking which isn't too common in the LA area. One of the guys in the restaurant downstairs was great, but the other could have been more polite.

  Stayed there for 4 nights with a group of 40 students, and had a great stay. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, and with a amenities necessary for a great stay. Water in the shower was very weak though, and traffic from 405 was pretty loud. The breakfast was great, and the staff there very attentive. I also enjoyed the food at the restaurant, as the pasta dish was really good. Manny at the bar was also very nice, and friendly. Angelique from the front desk was also an all-star. I would definitely stay here again.

  The hotel was decent but the stand out for me was the breakfast. If you have the option I would select getting the breakfast vouchers or having it included with your nightly rate. The breakfast was good, self serve and had a variety of options. When It came time to pay it took the attendant a long time to come back and process our checks. I think she might have assumed we were just going to charge it to the room.

  Great location. Right near the 405 freeway. Clean rooms. Great front desk staff. Both front desk clerks that helped us check in last night were very polite and helpful. LOVED that the parking was complementary. Definitely will visit this hotel again if we are in the area. Best part about Doubletree is always the warm cookie 🍪

  Overall I liked this property. Staff seemed friendly, property was clean and nicely manicured. The bar and restaurant area was nice. Now for the negatives.... The water pressure in the sink and shower were horrible! The bed and pillows were not that comfortable either. I called the front desk for toilet paper and was told that someone would bring it up to the room. After waiting three hours, I decided to go down to the desk to get it myself. I guess they were very busy or something.
