Front desk lady was superior! Really amazing service, hotel lobby is on another level tons of amenities like a full bar, coffee bar, and food. Hotel rooms are oddly placed seems a little claustrophobic. Clean rooms great view of Wells Fargo building at night if you are in North facing room (aim for 15th floor). Janky toilet to short- for anyone, water pressure was horrific. Everything worked though. Cheers.

We shared the hotel with several hundred middle schoolers in town for apparently multiple conventions. The hotel seemed overwhelmed and hugely understaffed - there was often no one at the front desk or coverage was being provided by other staff members. The hotel's two elevators were consistently jammed. The pool was, we were told "closed for cleaning", while a sign proclaimed it was "closed for the season" (on a 99 degree May afternoon!) At 9:30 pm, while we tired travelers were already asleep, somebody pulled the fire alarm. The entire hotel was evacuated (the handful of staff, again, seemed overwhelmed and unsure) and we stood outside in the parking lot with no direction whatever until guests more or less spontaneously decided to go back inside. On the bright side, our room was genuinely rather nice and was very clean. When we did work with staff members, they were friendly and helpful. The hotel probably needs to rethink its staffing levels and pursuit of convention business, though.

Mallory and Christopher made up for the lack of hospitality we received when we arrived. We were told our rooms *reserved 2 months in advance * weren't clean or ready. We sat in the lobby for an hour and I had to ask them what was going on. Most places want to make guests happy, not irritated. After inquiring again, they offered to tag our bags and store them. They asked for my cell #, yet never called or texted. When we arrived from the zoo at 3:45...we finally got checked in to our two rooms. They tried to get us in to a double which was not going to accommodate our needs. Be warned...

Excellent experience! We stayed there for a week. All employees were friendly and respectful. Housekeeping did a great job in our room every day and if we wanted to sleep in late they would come in late afternoon to clean. We all loved the aroma of the delicious complimentary freshly baked cookies offered at the concierge desk. We would most definitely stay there next time we return to Albuquerque. I would only suggest for them to provide in the showers "shampoo for color treated hair". (If they can)

The hotel staff were extremely professional and helpful during our visit. We did have problems with our room door not completely closing behind us upon exiting the room. Also, the shower head clearly had not been cleansed since it was installed. It is an older hotel, but still decent if I overlook these two issues. It is in a central location and connected to the Convention Center. We had lunch in the bar area (Lounge 201), and while the food was good, the team was not prepared or equipped to service a large crowd. I love the food in New Mexico...green, red, or "Christmas!"
