  I really wanted to like this property & return as I frequently visit Orange County. The first morning we were woken up by the hotel provided alarm clock at 4 am & 4:30 am. Trying to get rest when the alarm is going off doesn't exactly help for a good night's sleep. The day we checked out really was the turning point for me when I went downstairs to use my $15 food & beverage credit at their in house restaurant & the server provided me with an incorrect order. She just put in traditional benedict when I ordered the vegetarian one. And then the kitchen was closed so we had to find somewhere else to eat breakfast. When I checked out, as a gold member, I was informed that me and my guest would receive $15 food & beverage credit each per day of our stay. We both checked in at the same time at the front desk , received a physical key & only received one $15 credit during our stay. Which I didn't use because my order was incorrect. To which then I had to call customer service which then called the property & said they would open a case. As a Hilton team member , this isn't the type of service we provide at the property I work at. You always take care of the guest. I'm disappointed in the service I received here.

  Stayed just one night. I found the room to be super. I tend to be pretty critical of these upgrade type remodeled rooms and I think this was done really well. My only complaint is that the mattress was too soft for me. But most people prefer a nice soft bed so that shouldn't hold anyone back from booking here.

  Arrived Dec.2,2022. I was able to semi check with my Hilton Honors app however, you still need a parking permit so you still have to wait in line at the front desk which is a bummer to get the pass and your cookies. One nice thing is that you can choose the room with the app. You just don’t know where the banquet halls are located. I chose room # 451 once we got to the room it all was great! Clean, no foul smell, modern furniture and roomy. I would have preferred a bistro table rather than a small coffee table. No where to really eat but on the bed or the small area near the TV for 1 person and 1 chair. We had no idea that our room was under one of the banquet halls. We heard nothing but base for the first three hours, and could no longer take it. I called the front desk and they quickly arrange for us to be moved. #428 near the freeway. It was fine with us hearing the white noise in the background since we sleep with the radio on the noise was somewhat minimal. Maybe the city can put up a noise resistant brick wall to really help with that noise issue on the side of the freeway. The room was once again clean , roomy , hot water and great water pressure in shower but this time it had a bit of a sour smell. I looked everywhere I could to see where the smell was coming from, and it was actually coming from the coffee maker. It looks like somebody had left a coffee pod there for who knows how long and it smelled so sour yuk! I ran the coffee pot for about three times just to get the smell out of it and it was fine after. Once we pulled out the sofa bed, I noticed that there were empty wrappers, trash, and crumbs everywhere underneath the couch so it looks like housekeeping doesn’t move the couch all the way in addition to that we found crumbs underneath the mattress. Bummer that they didn’t have breakfast we didn’t try the pool, although it looked clean. My suggestion is find out the layout of the hotel before you book and stay away from booking rooms underneath the banquet halls. Service was great and friendly! We will stay again!

  The room was clean, beds comfortable, nice atmosphere. The mini fridge was not cold enough so I wasn’t sure if it was working right. The only thing missing were the shampoo/conditioner, body gel and lotion. There was a bar of soap, so good thing I brought my own shampoo and conditioner. I didn’t call for room service but let the front desk staff know at checkout. Staff were friendly and apologized about it. The shuttle to Disneyland was on time and a great plus for this stay. The cookies were delicious.

  Very friendly and accommodating staff. As always my family and I were welcomed with warm cookies. The shuttle to Disney is why we chose this location, and it did not disappoint. Donald and Dave (Supervisor) were super friendly and attentive. They helped with our bags and strollers after long days at the park, and were always on time. Donald was especially friendly, and even gave us some park tips. The hotel is also very conveniently located near a Target and several food options. Overall great experience, will stay again in the future.
