  Will not go again. Changes made to this place is for the birds!! I am a senior, don't need to prove it! Unfriendly attendant. It was 7 am , cool weather, Windows down for my grand doggy. Went in for 15 , 20 min last chance before hitting freeway. That attendant went into a rant!! Never asked if the dog was ours. Threats were made to call police. Wow!! I told her it was mine and we had just put 20 in machine to play 15 or so mins. Gal was so crazy. We pulled money out and will never go back. An officer would of been easier to deal with. Curiously is so much better way to approach this .

  The staff are usually professional and decent, the music is really good and the cigarettes are the cheapest around, but DON'T GAMBLE unless you have money to burn! I have never seen such bad payouts in my life! The machines constantly switch their program around so there is never a consistent flow of any kind. They are programed to take money only it seems.

  Had the rudest experience during day time staff... I believe a Mr. Brandon. He came up to me and asked for my I.D. Which I gladly showed him and I then continued to ask for my drink as I always do, and he gave me a nasty look and asked if I was playing$20 at least which I've never been asked before, and so rudely as to insinuate as if I don't have at least $20 and that I'm broke which is altogether rude as hell so I told him to forget the drink I will be leaving soon and as I'm in my phone trying to look up something he has a problem with the fact that I haven't put any money in the machine yet and said players like to rotate and I've been sitting here a while...... I was literally in this Dotty's for a total of 4 minutes for all this to happen. Worst way I've ever been treated at a Dotty's. He should be fired!! I will be talking with his boss. Night staff is great s I'm a regular at this Dotty's at nighttime!

  I went in for a carton of cigarettes & the employee told me to sit down until he was done cleaning the machines. I did not want to sit down with some man I didn’t know so I stood there quietly for a minute.. then he demanded that I sit down because he didn’t want a line forming at the counter. Absolutely zero customer service & I am not a child to be told to sit down repeatedly. I will never go back. Based on the other negative reviews I’ve read it seems this gentleman needs a different line of work.

  Friendly and attentive staff... Clean machines... Im not personally a fan of the bar top style gambling that most Dotty's have been upgraded to and this one is still designed like old floor plan (not bar top style) so I greatly enjoyed gambling here because of that sole reason...
