  Gaming machines are Good. I suggest that they provide security because there are alot of people who trespass outside the property. They definitely need security.

  So I go in to buy some thing and I'm waiting patiently as the clerk who says her name is Kim (but I doubt it) moves about and takes a drink to a customer then starts to tidy up the small place all the while I'm waiting patiently, when another customer approaches the counter and starts talking to the clerk. At which time I say ummm, but b4 I could get anything out my mouth 👄 the rude clerk throws her hands in the air (as if I'm bothering her SIMPLE ASS ) and tells the other customer that she had to help me due to me waiting patiently for her (RUDE ASS). As she walks ova I say what I need and put my ID & money on the counter which was 5 cents short and the RUDE ASS clerk says "what you want a complaint card?" And I responded with who the hell are you talking to and HELL YEAH I want a complaint card! Anyway they gave me a number that asks you to leave a message but as of yet I have not received a call back( go figure) and when I called a location to get a customer service number I was told they are not allowed to give out a number so that the public can voice their opinions and concerns to, so I guess that's the reason for this review. America don't be so quick to give this small business chain YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY while they are hiring RUDE GHETTO ASS PEOPLE, and yes I am talking about you KIM or whatever your name is!!!

  If I could give 0 stars I would! I am in Dotty's every 2 days and today I had my first bad experience. As soon as I walked in the door with my handicapped mother we where bombarded by the employee asking us "what do you want, can I help you?" I gave Sonny, the employee, the benefit of the doubt that maybe he was having a bad day and just said "yes, I'm using the bathroom and we are buying cigarettes". He then started in on my mom and her service animal saying "what is that dog trained for" very sarcastically. After that we go to the counter were another customer is talking to him and he puts his hand in her face while she's talking and asks a man from the back of a four person line to come the front so he can pay him out. The lady in front of us walks away upset about Sonny putting his hand in her face and ignoring her. Next its me and my mothers turn we tell him what we want. And he says I only go to the cigarettes once. What?!.. Okay. So he helps my mom. I say I want 2 for me and 1 paid separately he doesn't seem to get it so I say it again and he yells at me YOU ALREADY SAID THAT 3 TIMES I KNOW HOW TO DO MY REGISTER! Then I gave him my coupon and he scanned it voided the transaction and told me he used the coupon wich I knew he didn't because I know the price of the cigarettes. He does it again and at that point I ask what his mangers name is and he refuses to acknowledge me.

  Best place for smokes in Vegas hands down. Usually good service too.

  I understand needing to be buzzed in after dark is a safety issue, even though their could very well be trouble already inside! My biggest concern about this particular establishment is the area, transients & gang members heavily occupy the area..... Is more of a reason why the cashiers at this particular Dotty's should be a little more hurried to open the door when a patron is arriving. Jen has a bad habit of looking at the screen to see who's there, ignoring it and still make patrons wait, when the clicker is right on her hip!! 1 time Jen came from the restroom area, passed the door & went all the way by the ATM machine,when she finally opened I asked her whyyyyyyy? She couldn't give me a answer, i gave her the answer, RUDE! I personally only like my job 60% of the time but I give it 100% because that's how i survive. She sometimes acts like she doesn't want to open the door,How you dont want too open it? That's yalls (Dotty's ) revenue, the patrons. My sister stopped going there, cheap cigarettes and all, she pays almost $2.00 more @ the market across the PL just to not deal W Dotty's. The 1 thing that could happen at night can very well happen in the daytime W a open door. Please find a solution.
