  I can’t believe I have to leave this review. Karl of Dorsten Homes Threatened to beat up my husband (who is disabled with brain cancer) and walked off the job. He also did not properly flash the head of the windows and we failed our inspection because he did not follow pella install guidelines. He left us open to weather when he walked off the job cursing at my poor husband despite us paying him the same amount to finish despite much less work. He promised us days on the schedule and did not follow through. Very disappointed. We are now having to get our attorney involved to recover the damages we have incurred as a result of his actions as he will not respond to phone calls or text. Will be uploading pictures of his faulty install that we had to pay to correct. He also damaged our wood floors and cracked trim around several windows. He glued it in place and was caught on the security cameras but did not tell us he damaged the trim.
