  Efficient and painless. Don't expect a smile, but this place is all about efficacy and getting you on your way ASAP while maintaining low prices. That's A-OK by me! Definitely recommend.

  Luv Dorothy's Scrubs Store the sales asst. are always helpful and if they don't have what you need they will order it for you. My #1 place for scrubs.

  If you want good customer service, do not go here. No greeting, no "may I help you find anything," no "if you need my help, I'm here for you" nothing. Even the employees in the aisles simply ignore you and just go around you to straighten the racks up. Mind you they have a lot of racks and alot of scrubs, very hard to go straight to what you are looking for... You would think if they wanted to sell scrubs at least one person would help you find what you are looking for. Then I finally just went up to someone and asked where a particular color of scrub was and she didn't even make eye contact, just pointed and said oh they in the front and went back to straightening racks, I even heard another employee say behind the desk "I can't wait to get out of here". The people that work there are not there to help you, they are there to work there hours, get a check and go home and it definitely shows!!! Customer service gets a 0/5 stars for me. Also read all reviews. I don't even think this place deserves a 3 star rating. After going there, I read some reviews and they rated them high but the comments are bad.

  While they have a lot of scrubs to chose from, not one person working in the store even said hello or offered to help my daughter and I. Never once did anyone offer to help us at all, not even a hi or goodbye. After leaving, I Yelped scrubs stores and we drove to Level 1 scrubs in N. FW. COMPLETELY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE!!! We were greeted at the door by a friendly gentleman and then promptly helped by the owner to find all the petite sizes in all the brands they carried so she could try them on and see which brands she liked best. I HIGHLY recommend going to Level 1 if you needs scrubs, they have a great selection of petite sizes as well. We will going there from now on and will recommend them to anyone. There prices and sales are FANTASTIC!!
