Dr Dooms did major dental repair to my mouth in the late 90s..and Im still doing great...since my early twenties Ive seemingly had nothing but dental problems. All my teeth but four were crowns Ive had problems with other dentists but none with Dr. Dooms She actually did everything she could to accommodate me. I have no complaints but only praise.

I remember coming here when i was 11/12 (about five years ago) and i can still remember how horrific the experience was. They wouldnt let my mom go in the back with me which was fishy enough. The staff was rude, impatient, and ignorant. It was my first time getting a shot and when i asked why there was a shot in the first place i was replied with "you know what this is! You know what its for." Then they roughly jammed the needle into my mouth. I could go into depth on what all they did but in the end my final say is.. if you love yourself or your children dont bring them here.

I went to this dentist when she was on Palm River Road in Tampa. I had a horrific experience for a 12 year old. I was to get 4 fillings. My new dentist and every dentist said they were not large or deep enough to need a filling. Anyways, I was taken back and my aunt could not go back with me. I got the shots however, I was not numb and she started to drill away. I start screaming and crying and she tells me to stop kicking and open wide like an alligator. I kept screaming and she kept going on with the procedure without giving me anymore numbing medication. I now have severe sensitivity in all four she did the same day. Weirdly enough, I had the same spot on all four molars filled in her office. I am now almost 23 and still remember it 11 years later.

How can a dentist office only accept insurance if it's for dentures only when my insurance covers everything like x-rays, exams, extractions. How in the world is somebody supposed to get dental care in an emergency when they don't accept anything? Either way they are getting paid, completely ridiculous.
