  Always helpful but the new guy is a bit stuck up....customer service is not his thing

  Worst customer service. The two old blonde women that were behind the counter (one's name tag read Cindy) were too busy talking to one another to even acknowledge myself and a friend as we walked right past them. My friend and I continued to look through the store and made our selection. We walked to the front check out area and the two women were still too involved in their conversation to even greet us or lay an eye on us. We placed our item on the counter and the woman grabbed the item but never looked at us. That is when I told my friend we should go somewhere else. We walked out and still neither one of these women said a word. Finally as we are backing out in our vehicle Cindy holds her hands up in a questioning manner....I simply flipped her off and mouthed RACIST! So much for supporting neighborhood businesses.

  Don's & Ben's and Gabriel's liquor stores are the same company. In San Antonio for the first time? Go to either one for the best price on spirits and smokes. I highly recommend this chain of stores. I go to this one at Loop 410 & Nacogdoches because it is my neighborhood store and they have the best customer service around! The team they have are the best! I hope that this review can help many people. God bless you all and thanks, Dave

  It's decent but doesn't have a huge selection. Is good for most of your needs.
