  They went out of their way to help. The General Insurance company decided full coverage insurance doesn't cover sunroofs. Kevin at Don's helped every way he could. Got it done in two hours and the price was just slightly higher than my deductible. Thank you very much.

  DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR TO DONS AUTO UPHOLSTERY!!!!!!! I have been wanting to leave this business a terrible review for MONTHS but I have refrained in hopes of getting better service from them in the future. I trusted don’s auto upholstery to replace the convertible top on my bmw 128i. While they replaced the convertible top, the car remains completely useless as a convertible. The convertible top will not go up or down. Mike from Don’s auto upholstery promised to fix it on 4 separate occasions over the span of 3 months. After Mike’s 4th attempt at fixing my car, it remains just as broken as ever. They do not know how to fix convertible tops and should not have accepted $3000.00 for a job they were unable to complete. Do yourself a huge favor and take your business elsewhere.
