  If you want frozen tasting pizza for twice the price, this is the place for you. Actually, the frozen tastes better. Went there on a Saturday, they were out of hand tossed dough (wut. I thought this was a pizza parlor) and got the next thickness up. Toppings and sauce were bland. It was hot, however, so two stars for that. Next time? Bazbeauxs. Oh, and I stuck my head in the "Party Room" at this place. Never has there been a room more mislabeled.

  Food was cold and forgot my cheese sauce. If you charge a 4.99 delivery fee, you should deliver hot food and get an order correct at the least. 🙄

  We ordered our pizza at 5:30 and got an email confirmation saying our pizza would be delivered by 6:20 and got another email at 6 saying it left the building. An hour went by and we still had no pizza. 20 minutes later my brother saw it sitting out on the porch. It was cold. The driver did not knock or inform us in any way that our pizza was here. We also did not write special instructions for it to be left on the porch in the rain. Highly dissatisfied with donatos tonight and many other times as well.

  Gave this place 3 chances and they blew it every time. First time, they forgot part of our order. We called them to try and get it resolved but no one working seemed to be able to help. So they said they’d have the manager call. I never received a call. Second time, the food was 3 hours late and may well have been thrown in the snow it was so cold. Again, the manager was supposed to call. Again, I never received a call back. Third time was on time, but both of our pizzas had clearly been dropped. Save your money and go somewhere else.

  The Hot Chicken pizza at this location was not even close to the Georgetown location goodness. Missing the pickles & the ranch drizzle was disappointing but then the limited amount of chicken was upsetting.
