This place is great! The food, while not traditional Japanese, is really good. The rice is on point, very tasty and the texture is perfect; sticky but not a ball of starch. We got fresh Wasabi with our shashmi and the rolls were delicious. Sébastien, the chef, is very friendly and has a passion for sushi. We had a great time chatting with him as we enjoyed our food.

Sebastian is a true artist. He asked us what we like and made us two dishes that were both beautiful and delicious. This is our new go to sushi place.

First time trying sushi was a fun experience. The atmosphere here is amazing you sorta forget where you are. The food is great for the price. I never understood why people like sushi so much till now. Definitely would recommend to any sushi lover or anyone who's interested in getting great sushi at a good price. Try the Super Mario Roll!!!

My buddy took me here today. I was not sure to expect but I knew it would be good. He’s followed the chef/owner from place to place for the past three years. We asked him to make us something special and he delivered! Everything was amazing. Beautiful presentation and great flavor combinations. This is my new shushi spot. I can’t wait to try some of the new Mexican/New Mexican/Japanese combinations he comes up with. The super Sancho is one of many to try!
