  Friendly but very, very slow. A 2+ hour oil change is unacceptable. Perhaps had they warned me "they only had 3 technicians working" before it would have been better.

  Price gouge on parts. Can buy from other dealers for better prices. Don't even consider the body shop. Had our vehicle there for a month and had to take it to another shop to have all the work redone.

  I purchased my car 3 years ago. The dealer Mark Bowen very nice. I went back to try to trade it in this year but will have to wait. This is the second car I've gotten from them. I'd definatly recommend going there.
