  Showed up within 45 minutes of needing tow. The mechanic took an extra minute to look at my vehicle, and diagnosed the problem immediately. Turns out my battery was, in fact, dead. Instead of loading me onto the flatbed he jumped it, shook my hand, and drove away. Also the gentleman who answered the phone was courteous and informative.

  This company is very unprofessional. They lie and the girl on the phone is rude as can be. My cousin got into an accident and I was trying to find out where his motorcycle was for him( while he was in the hospital) and the girl said there was no bike there. Come to find out it was there and she hung up on. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not use this company unless you want to deal with disgusting customer service and a huge headache. Good luck.

  Our Plymouth Voyager's fuel pump broke and we called AAA roadside assistance for a tow and they called Don Glo. They were very quick and efficient!
