I trusted them to order me some parts and paid a premium price for generic products. All I wanted was my money back and the service manager wouldn't even call me back. We buy multiple vehicles every year for our company and it won't be at any of your dealerships anymore. ::I hate to give a car dealer 5 stars but I'll have to for Don Franklin. I'm 64 and have bought a lot of new and used cars and I'll have to say this was one of my best experiences. We didn't play any of the usual car dealer games. They were straight up, helpful, and pleasant to work with.
