  I order a pizza around 9:45 pm. At 10:00pm I was told that my pizza was ready for pick up, according the the dominos tracker. I arrived at 10:17pm and was told that my pizza was still in the over. I took a seat. At 10:30pm I asked how much longer it would be. I was then told that it was given to a delivery driver by mistake. For my time wasted I was offered a free soda and unprofessional provided with a managers and and number! What kind of business are you people running. Pizza wasn’t ready until 10:40. This is pathetic!

  Major online ordering problems. I ordered food last time on a credit card and they said I chose cash even though I’m positive that I didn’t. I also ordered today and I had moved so I changed the address on my profile and they went to my previous apartment.

  So this place spends 5 minutes making my pizza, then it sits in the store for 40 minutes before they decide to deliver it? Awesome!! Thanks pizza tracker, I'll never order again.

  Horrible service. If you call them, either the phone keeps ringing or they pick up and hang up. But if you actually manage to speak to anyone they will be rude. When you go in person the lady with the tattoos always has a nasty attitude, doesn’t even greet you, just asks “watchu want”. They’re always slow, the place looks dirty. If I’m in the mood for Dominos, I will drive to the one in Pearl River even though it’s 15 minutes further than this place.

  first off learn how to answer the phone. and second when taking a order you need to ask for the name and number to call when get to place delivering food. Ya suck booty and called can't even say sorry.
