::Delivery guy didn’t show up and the system (Tracker) shows my order as delivered. Everytime I order from here it takes more than one hour to get my food. Not recommended. Stay away from this place.

::I ordered online and was given a 40 min. delivery time. I waited close to an hr and ended up calling the store and was told that the delivery time is 2 HOURS!! Then I was told that the driver packed an order wrong and had to go back to the store to fix it further delaying my order. The worst experience ever and what makes it worse is the fact that their phone lines are always busy. Customer service reps need more training.

::The employees are rude and don't know what they really doing. There are like 20 people working in the kitchen and have no idea what's going on. I gave an order I came to pick it up they said I have never gave that order and they don't have it on the system. Gave another order and waited 20 mins and they told me its cancelled because they found the initial order. Completely chaos

::Cheap with toppings especially when they're charging you for it. And also COLD pizza. Which is just awesome. NOT!!!!!!! Horrible place. And the only way they could help would be to take the old pizza untouched and then they'll bring a new one. We took a slice so they said sorry they couldn't bring a new one. Then They wanted to charge me for another pie. Horrible horrible.

::I order from this location quite often, they put time and effort into preparing the food. So its less fast food, more restaurant quality. Amazing staff. Good delivery times for a metropolitan city
