::I was ordered a pizza today afternoon, my pizza order was #92. The order contain one thin crust pizza and 2 Ranch dips. When my friend went to collect it, no one gave Ranch dips. I called for it and a lady picked up call after 10 minutes hold. She denied first that I didn’t get any order like this or no one pick it up. The call time was 3:40pm surround. At the end she offered me to pickup 2 Ranch dips again. It’s sounds like I’m most stupid person. Please be careful to place an order at 551 Bloomfield Ave, Newark where this kind of genius works. It was ok with not getting my dips with pizza but talking with intellectual lady like this made me embarrassed on myself. Why I ordered, it’s my fault.

::A suggestion. Sometimes I place order for someone and am in a place that I can't keep checking the progress bar to notify the person. My suggestion is to have a share button to share the progress bar with the intended recipient. I think it will be a great option, like sharing your ETA with your recipient.

::The pizza was good but when I opened one of the pizza's it looked like it was dropped on the ground. Cheese was everywhere in the box and nowhere on my pizza.

::I’ll never order from this location again they got my order wrong and the also left me on hold by putting the phone down and not even bothering to put me on the holding line and I over heard them talking in the background and laughing. It was an extremely horrible experience especially for a manager/ shift leader to do to a paying customer. After leaving me on hold meanwhile listening to them chit chat and giggle in the background for about 10 minutes they also hung the phone up after I waited for them to correct there mistake or at least have the courtesy of apologizing for the mistake without warning or even fixing the situation, I paid 25$ for this!!!! . I called back and they didn’t answer my phone call and I stood on the main menu for 30 minutes ! I was breaking my fast with my children and treating them with the dominos I was ordering For Ramadan . Extremely disappointed with this service I will never ever recommend this location or order from this location due to there poor service and horrible customers service . I hope the district manager does something about this because from the looks of it, I’m an not the only customer this has happened to and that is not the proper way to treat a paying customer !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Extremely disappointing

::DON'T EVER BUY FROM THIS LOCATION WITHOUT READING THIS REVIEW. I will never order from this location ever again. In fact, because they are the only Domino's that would deliver to my home, It's safe to say that the chain lost me as a customer forever. After over an hour waiting for my delivery, I called them and the young lady on the phone told me it was because the driver had another order besides mine to deliver (still, an hour when my order was ready in 15 minutes). When I finally called to cancel, the same young lady told me it was my fault because I didn't answer the number on my profile, while ignoring that I put the number on the order instructions. She was rude and hung up on me before even telling me I was going to be refunded for the only payment. I called again and they put me on hold for OVER 12 minutes. If you want a pizza, order from someone who cares.
