  I worked in retail 14yrs i understand things happen you improvise an over come not be rude ass clerk,,!! I called dominos peoria st & 47th.. 1st who ever answered the phone did not introduse himself and would not give his name & was every short attitude,!!! I wanted delivery & was told i couldnt being because driver broke down only 1 driver on duty,, i asked if i could get discount for pick up since i couldnt get delivery whom ever i spoke to became rude used analogy of king soopers out of product, he decame more rude when i did mention i worked in grocery industry for 14yrs & yes if i could do anything to make a customer happy due to companys fault i would,, dominos clerk hung up..i like dominos they lost a good customer.. # 1 priorty you have no job if customers arent happy.. hope he has other stills lol.. find new one if you cant handle it that one micky dees be to hard..

  As a business owner I understand how important customer service and satisfaction is. I live in the Montbello area and I love the quality of Domino's pizza however I haven't been having a great experience. However I'd like to offer my suggestions as to help improve quality and customer satisfaction so that your reviews would drastically change for the greater. I'm pretty sure with all the business you have on a daily basis, you'd love to improve your gains. No pun intended, just a friendly customer and fellow business owner 😊

  Mananger(Adam) was completely rude giving attitude towards me as a costumer. Doesn't try to keep custumers satisfied. He'll compare you to other customers as an excuse. Problems should be solved instead of giving excuses.

  Their pizza tracker is great if they move it to the next position. The quality check was an hour, I called and they pretty much just wanted me to go away. They refunded my money, otherwise it was going to be another hour wait after the pizza had set out of the oven for an hour. Don't order delivery from Domino's they apparently can cook a pizza but not deliver it!
