  Horrible customer service, my food ALWAYS takes 2hrs to get to me and last time i ordered was today, my food was never delivered. I called the store no response! P.S my food was delivered i ordered a salad (delivered hot), delivery girl was polite tho.

  Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Made an hour, took an hour to finally decide to drive down and see what was going on, as they wernt answering the phones. My order wasn't even started. Manager completely not competent to do his job.

  Beyond happy It's the first time I get amazing customer service Thank you Rick for the bomb pizza and delicious wings and adding extra sauce!! Highly recommend it must be a 5 star for the quality and service

  The worst. The customer service is terrible I would be embarrassed to have people like Rick the "manager" and a delivery guy like Luis working for my company. Extremely rude. Working in customer service for years now I understand its impossible to love every minute of it but my gosh these guys have no idea how to treat a customer. Not even a thank you for waiting almost 2 hours for a medium pizza how dare I ask them about my order. Almost made me feel guilty. I feel very bad for these fellas, they REALLY hate their job.

  I would give then 5 stars, but sometimes they deliver really dry pizza, burnt crust, really old looking pizza. I always order my pizza with Extra Robust Tomato sauce and it still dry! They get 4 stars because I love their pizza, their delivery people are courteous and 3 out of 10 they'll mess up. Keep sending me hot, fresh and juicy pizza, I'll give you guys a 5!
