  Our buffalo chicken bits were burnt and we order garlic sauce and got ranch and the sausage didn’t taste right at all

  Always on time, when i ask for bacon they load it up too. Order online all the time to get more points

  Customer service is deplorable. Always got our order wrong, even when we did it online. We moved a few minutes away and while we are in their delivery zone, they literally refuse to deliver to us. When we did live five minutes down the road, delivery would sometimes take upwards of two hours. I have legitimately been yelled at by management for asking questions and expressing some complaints about incorrect orders. I can ramble about all the issues I’ve had with them, but I’ll spare you and just suggest that you go elsewhere.

  Worst customer service. Representative was very rude and disrespectful. Was told my pizza was delivered online but never reached my house. Was also estimated to have my order in 30-40 minutes and it was over an hour late. Called the representative at the store twice and was talked to in a very disrespectful manner. When the pizza did come after over an hour, it was cold and hard. Not ordering from this location ever again!!!!
