::Work in progress, I order from this store because I have no other choice and for being lazy and don't want to pick it up at Rochelle Park. I've been eating Dominos since I was living in Puerto Rico 30yrs ago, and every time I order from this store the food never comes out right. If is not burned, the hand tossed looks like thin crust, cinnamon twists are not done right, they forget my soda, always something.. maybe one day.

::Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The manager NICOLE was so rude my order was canceled twice she claimed the driver came to deliver at the hospital where I was working a 16 hour shift. We waited in the lobby for the food during our 45min break for 30min for no food to come. She hung up on me numerous times, yelled at me over the phone, and said it was our own problem and that she did not care. Do not order from this dominos worst experience ever.

::I just live 0.5mile from dominos and they almost took 2:30mins for deliver my pizza, the pizza is completely cold. This is not the first time that happen to me. Worst dominos store in their franchise.

::I ordered a pizza, salad and dessert. The driver forgot the salad upon delivery - no big deal, mistakes happen. I called the manager to resolve the issue, and he said the driver would “immediately” drive back to deliver the salad. Over 2 hours later, we still have not received the salad. I tried to call the store, but after being on hold for 25 minutes I’ve given up. I never give 1 star reviews for mistakes - only for stores that have terrible customer service and do not correct their mistakes. There are plenty of other good pizza places in the area; I highly recommend ordering from one of those.
