  Been here twice. Should of never came back after the first time. We ordered online for pick up they said it would be done in 15 mins. Went down there 25 mins later our order wasnt done. Had to wait another 15 mins then the Manager dropped a pizza on the floor looked at my husband and said your lucky that wasn't yours and laughed. Today my son ordered 32 piece mozzarella bites. Tracked the order online came to pick them up. They o nly put an order of 16 in. They said it would be five mins.....I've been in the parking lot for 15mins for them. People are unprofessional it doesnt seem like they care about the customer. And they look like their bored. Whoever owns this one should really take a look at your staff and get them more training. And hire people that know what they're doing.

  Convenient location, but whyyyyyyyyy don't they use gloves?? This is people's food their dealing with. 😡

  Very poor service. I made a online order and the tracker had said it was going to be out for delivery at 9:20pm. I called the store twice and a young man answered I asked for a manger. His words were “I’ll try and get him off” then puts me on a 10 minute hold. I called again and waited another 5 minutes. Finally I got a manager on the phone. I told him I wanted to know were my pizza was. He then told me that my driver had to stop at other house. Why wouldn’t someone call me and inform that my order was going to take a longer to get to my house. If that was the case I would of went to the place and got it my dam self. Now I have cold ass pizza and no one wants to eat it.

  I ordered late at night! Robbert always makes our pizzas and he does such an amazing job! Tonight in particular, he made the BEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD! And there was so much care and love put into it! I tried to call the location to tell him how AMAZING he did but they had just closed. So Robbert, THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!

  Dear lord what a horrible 1st experience! Ordered a carry out deal at 3:45 pm thinking carry out was the best way to get my food, I was told be ready in 15min. Upon my arrival at 4pm I was not greeted or acknowledge (no biggie) when I asked where my order was I was addressed by "1 of the managers" I was told that delivery was being taken care of 1st. I saw 5 orders go out before mine was even made! My food wasn't ready till 4:25 almost an hour. Just a heads up, this store is a let down to my favorite pizza store. Really considering papa John's across the street.
