This is the only dominoes that delivers to me but I wish another one would! The workers at this one are so rude if your order is wrong and you call to complain, then they have the nerve to charge a $3 delivery fee and still expect you to tip the delivery driver. I cannot even count the amount of times my food has been wrong, each time i call to complain, they want to send me new food next time, or i have to wait for it to be re-delivered, and by that time i don't even want to eat. I order the sandwiches alot and so many times the sandwiches have came without and baking paper under them, which makes me wonder what it's cooked on. If you go down to this one to pick up your food, good luck getting through the door due to its location being right in front of a major bus stop downtown and peiole just lounging around in their store! Can't call corporate and complain because its an "independently owned" franchise.

Awful experience. Ordered from our hotel after the Pirate game. Placed order around 10:15 a.m. When the order still hadn't arrived at midnight, I called the store..."we are very busy and we had 2 call-offs. The driver just left and should be there in 20 minutes". 10 minutes later, I noticed on the tracker that my order was started again. Fine...at least it will be hot. 12:41 a.m., I got a call from the driver saying he was pulling in to the parking lot. 12:49 he calls again to say he was in the lobby of the Hyatt (we were in the Residence Inn by Marriot). He said he'd be right there. He calls again at 12:51 because he still wasnt sure where I was. 12:55 he calls again to tell me he's in the lobby. Told him my room number and he said he'd be right up. When he didn't show, I called 3 times...1:01, 1:03, and 1:04...but it went straight to voice mail. Went down to the lobby where I finally found him. He said he asked me to meet him in the lobby, which is not true. Missing blue cheese dressing, said we got an extra chicken parmesan sandwich, but it looked like steak. Over 3 hours for an order. I get it that the pirates and penguins both played tonight, but the service was horrid at best. I should not have had to have paid for anything, at the least. We will never order from this Domino's again.

This is an easy in and out for downtown workers on lunch. However, this location is by far the worst. The employees are rude, the ready to go pizza is 99% of the time cold or luke warm at best, the facility is filthy, and they constantly make mistakes. Today was by far the worst experience I have ever encountered. I ordered two slices of pepperoni after waiting for an employee to approach and was then ignored and across the room told how to use the credit card reader as if I am of low intelligence. When completed, the employee didn't offer a bag (which they usually don't) and blatantly watched me bag my own items. Now, I was charged for pepperoni, but I ended up with plain. That could be an honest mistake, but this pizza was disgusting. After peeling it away from the box, I noticed it was stiff, folded, thin, and worst of all COLD. It was inedible to say the least. It actually made a thud when I tapped it on my desk. Hard as a rock. Didn't help that it smelled a little off as well. I must say, the service and food are sub par. They have officially lost my business. It's a shame that a location dedicated to lunch crowds who want a quick meal can deliver an inferior product. Shame on you Domino's.

We ordered two pizzas and a pasta bowl to our hotel room in the early hours of November 13, 2017. The food was delivered in a reasonable amount of time and tasted okay, but it appears that the driver added a $4 tip onto my card after we gave him one in cash. If you must order from here, i would advise paying for your order in cash.
