  I always order from the Dominos and I have no complaints. They always deliver quickly, the order is always right and the pizza is always warm. I love them. Better than the old Dominos I use to live by.

  Third time I ordered from this location. Every time I ordered extra sauce and light cheese - not once did I get extra sauce. It appears that I got less sauce every time. Guess it’s my fault for going back.

  Great service great food great management/staff. One of the better dominos on Long Island definitely much better then the bellmore one.

  this place is horrible i am forced to order pizza from this dominos even tho i am closer to the freeport store. the pizza from this oceanside store always comes cold and the delivery drivers dontcare if your pizza comes messed up when it gets to you. also they dont even come to the right door. i wright on the instructions for the driver to come to the rear house since there r 2 houses on this property and they never come to my door. i always have to go outside in the snow and rain to the street and pay the tab and give a tip. whats the point of delivery if i have to go outside to pay for cold damaged pizza

  I have ordered from this location at least once a month. I also always order at least one of the pizzas exactly the same way. After a friend and I grabbed a slice, both of noticed that there was an ingredient missing. I called the location right away and a person named "John" picked up. He told he to either pay for another pizza since I took a bite out of two slices (mine and my friend's), or call in my order next time (which I never do since you can order online) and let them know an ingredient is owed so I won't be charged for it. How hard is it to just resend me what I ordered? I am in the customer service business and I have never come across service so terrible. This is the second time I have ordered at night and the second time my order was screwed up. The first time took 2 hours to arrive. When I order around lunch time, my order is always perfect. For a large chain like Dominos, I would have expected more than a nickle and dime establishment. I will probably continue to order from this location just not after lunch time. Good luck to anyone playing pizza roulette ordering from this location.
