  My pizza arrived on time. When i opened the box it was beautiful and neat. However, the dough was not properly cooked. It was undercooked. The dough was pastey and soggy. All the toppings were literally sliding off the pizza!!! When I held the pizza everything just slide off and I'm left holding a limb slice! It was horrible. I called the store and they advised I return the box of pizza. Meanwhile I do not live walking distance!! I asked if a driver can pick it up when they're in the area and she rudely replied NO! I'm all about customer service but she was not trying to consider any options to fix her store's mistake. Now I'm left here hungry with a box of pastey-cheesy toppings!

  I just received my delivery after 1hour and my food was cold. (Everything) my pizza is cold and dry. I called and asked to speak to the manager he said the only thing he could do was have the driver come back and get the pizza and I would have to come in to get another pizza. (Doesn’t that defeat the purpose of delivery service) I just thought the food would atelast be warm being that it’s kept in a warmer bag.

  I ordered cheesy bread from this place and paid for five different dipping sauces. They didn't send the sauces. The driver said he'd bring them but when I called the store to confirm I was told they were busy and would give me a store credit for my next order. I told them this was unacceptable and asked to speak to the manager. His name is Tyson and he told me he was checking in with the driver and sending my sauces. It's been over an hour, I just called back and a new manager just informed me that the driver hasn't left yet. He apologized but said he didn't know what happened before he had arrived today. It's going to be an hour and a half. Still no sauces.

  First of all I tried my best not to review this location and came on here reading I'm not the only one with the issue of either waiting hours,not receiving my food or having to go personally to the location! I understand maybe there's times it gets hectic but even the store manager seems to not care when you call to inquire about your meal!!! They pick up the phone and just talk to you as if you're begging them for something or worst bothering them. unprofessional at every level! I was once charged for my meal I never received and had to call up my bank! Tracker says food has been delivered when driver never showed up..! 1 star is too much for them,they need to be shut down!!!! ( I'm a angry for being treated as I'm asking for a handout!!!!)

  I tried to have mercy on this specific location working in the food business myself, I know it gets hectic. But out of the many times I've ordered, they either take a million years or even worse... Let me tell you why I'm angry typing with an empty stomach because it's the SECOND time I order and it never arrives.. I had to personally show up last time. & the staff continuously told me I never placed an order. It wasn't until after I showed my conformation email that they asked to put my money back into my account. They didn't even suggest to make the order even though I was standing RIGHT THERE. I don't know what's wrong with this place, but they are all out of whack. I would order from somewhere else if this wasn't the only pizza around my neighborhood. Save your money and your time.
