  I have only ordered from here twice but both times were a disaster. The first time it took over an hour and a half to get my food only for them to realize they forgot something. It then took at least another 40 minutes for them to return with the forgotten item. But it was a Saturday night and they said they were busy. I get that. So I understood and moved on. However the second time was on a Monday night and I placed my order and the expected delivery time was 20-30 minutes. After an hour I called to see what might have happened to be told they were busy and my food would be there any minute. Fifteen minutes later I got a knock on my door. An hour and thirty minutes after I placed my order. I understand that things can get hectic. But dont give me an estimated delivery time of 20-30 minutes. And if youre that busy, please just hire more people. Unfortunately, I will never order from this location again.

  Just walked in my door with a Domino's pizza, and chicken ranch sandwich. I ordered it to eat at work, but it was close to 2 hours before I received my order and my shift was over. The food was cold, and both the sandwich and pizza are dry, and just plain awful. It is a shame I wasted my money on Domino's in Crafton because being a hotel employee I get 50% at most pizza shops in the area. I hadn't had food from Domino's in a few years so I ordered. I had great pizza there a few years back. All I can say is never again will I make that mistake. They also charge a 2.99 delivery charge which is also ridiculous. Certainly will not be handing their menus out to guests looking for a local pizza shop.

  I commend Domino's on there efforts. I love there mobile app and I enjoy the unique availability of different products. I hope to see more product lines in the future! Also, I think it's great you guys stay open late, this helps people who work off shifts like 4pm to 12am shift. Keep up the good work.

  Worst. Negative stars needed. Just Call a different store. 1.5 hrs to get a sandwich,wings, and drinks delivered 4 miles away. Kept saying a couple more minutes, on the way.... nope. On a Thursday night. Food was cold. Wish I had read the reviews prior to the ordering I would've not done it. Dominos has always been pretty good about time on deliveries, but this store needs a new owner/manager

  Let me just tell you guys how awful this place is first off I ordered my food and could barley understand anyone that worked there I spent almost $40 dollars at this place and honestly I wish I would of never ordered from here. The delivery driver called and said he was on my porch, so I go outside ready to pay for my food and the guy isn’t there I call him and he says for me to come on my front street so he can “find” where my house is. In all honestly I shouldn’t have to find where your at you should find my house.. I mean it is your job. After it’s all said and done I tip the guy and go in the house to open my food up and it’s all incorrect plus I payed for sauces and didn’t receive them I call back to the store and the worker there tried to argue with me about what I ordered and I made my self very clear when I placed the order and repeated the order back to him after he told me the price and agreed that everything was correct. After it was all said and done I will never order from this place again. I have no clue who owns the place but they need to educate there workers on how to take a order correctly. Don’t waste your time on this place!
