::Ordered a small pasta and bread sticks at 8:20 pm,online.The online "tracker" said delivery(2.3 miles away) would be 35-45 minutes.After one hour,and no delivery,I checked the tracker to find it had changed to 65-75 minutes.Ok.At 9:40,it still had same time but it was past that,and so I called.BRANDON,the "manager",said those given times are never right,and actually now delivery time is over 3 HOURS!! 3 HOURS???!That is actually unbelievable.The guy was rude..why be rude to a paying customer? When you haven't delivered ANYTHING? Corporate,please look into this branch,it is not being managed properly.He cancelled my order,since I didn't want to eat pasta that the "tracker" said was ready,at 9:16pm..and waiting 3 hours for delivery.

::Ordered pizza tonight and both pizzas were undercooked. It had a sour taste to the sauce, the sauce was the garlic sauce. Had to throw it in the oven to cook. Very disappointed in the pizza made tonight. Won’t be returning to this location.

::I always order a thin crust pizza and it's the best from any pizza place. I order delivery and they are prompt and my.pizza is still hot.

::Ordered online, the driver says she showed up at my house and that some lady said they didnt order anything but we never saw her. She showed up finally and stated that the story about some old lady was true, which was a complete lie as I was outside the whole time. The manager is incredibly rude and never apologized for their mistake and actually almost cancelled my order because I tried to call and correct the situation. Mess of a store!! I'll be going just about anywhere else from now on :)

::Ordered on the app. Had the wrong phone number but the correct address. They delivered to the wrong address. Called back store to check on order and manager said they tried to call us. I understand that we put the wrong phone number but that shouldn't have been an issue of they delivered to the right address. Ordered on the app dozens of times and this is the first time they messed up. Manager had poor customer service and didn't even apologize for the driver going to rage wrong address.
